I just was banded on October...So exciting for you! I just was banded on October 1st, so I'm right there with you. The Flintstones vitamins are awesome (just take 2 a day) and for Calcium I take 2 Tums a day (the other calciums were so gross tasting and you had to chew so many of them!)

I'm also not a huge fan of protein powders, but I found one I love - Beneprotein. You can add it to hot or cold things and it doesn't change the texture or taste. It's fabulous! A little more expensive than other powders, but well worth it when you have to think of having it every day! :) You can buy it at nestlenutritionstore.com

Good luck with your surgery! Follow my blog if you want more tips and tricks for after surgery or email me with questions.

Best Regards,
Adrienne :)Adriennehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01723521425436360948noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-343908473034558169.post-22218599576461744122009-10-21T08:40:21.440-07:002009-10-21T08:40:21.440-07:00so glad you've got a blog, too! can't wait...so glad you've got a blog, too! can't wait to hear more about your life and weightloss journey.Nicolehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06567743812510911047noreply@blogger.com
